Reasonably priced, high-quality telehealth & hybrid for short and long-term care
Reasonably priced, high-quality telehealth & hybrid for short and long-term care
I offer year-round virtual appointments statewide and occasional in-person services in Old Town Scottsdale. My practice primarily offers telehealth care. With years of experience assisting clients virtually and in person, I am confident that my humanistic approach will help you to feel all the comfort of a clinic's office from the comfort of your chosen telehealth space. My HIPAA-compliant teletherapy software allows you to come as you are, in an environment comfortable to you.
I have years of experience helping individuals to mitigate symptoms of depression and anxiety, examine and heal self-worth, make optimal decisions, set boundaries, heal from trauma, explore wants & needs, acquire tools or strategies toward relief, and more.
Clients have shared positive feedback regarding my training in systemic therapy, which allows me to look beyond your symptoms at your history, relationships, culture, and the greater context of symptoms to promote long-term growth.
For years, I have provided an honest, fair approach to couples who may struggle to communicate, heal hurt, desire optimizing your relationship, prepare for the future, & more.
I identify my couples’ repeating negative cycles that keep you stuck, then help you turn toward each other, communicate well, & share core emotions to express hurt or needs in healthy ways.
I simultaneously help my couples to foster your love for each other. I believe in fair, collaborative work for lasting change.
I have worked to help families create cultures of respect, understanding, and healthy communication since 2019. We may create parenting contracts, ensure consistency, express ourselves healthily and within appropriate boundaries, heal hurt, and more.
I believe best practice involves working with guardians as well as children through respective individual, guardian, and full-family time.
I'm happy to share more about family services during our free consultation phone call.
Think we would connect, but nervous about teletherapy? I offer occasional in-person services (by appointment only) out of my office in Old Town Scottsdale. I am also happy to discuss the pros and cons of telehealth during our free, 10-minute consultation phone call. I have worked with hundreds of clients both in-person and virtually over the years and have developed an approach that my current and former clients describe as supportive, experienced, present, consistent, and helpful both virtually and in-person.
I am currently in network with United HealthCare, Oscar Small Group, Cigna, Medica Minnesota Preferred, Arizona Exchange, Aetna, Aetna's EAP Program, Optum's EAP Program, and Cigna's EAP Program. As of February 1, 2024, I joined the Alma team and look forward to working alongside fantastic and HIPAA-compliant medical billing personnel. Please continue checking here for updates to insurances accepted. I also offer superbills to cash pay clients for potential insurance reimbursement!
Please note that reimbursement is at the discretion of your insurer; while not guaranteed, individual therapy is the most likely service type to receive insurance coverage or reimbursement.
Reimbursement for couples therapy services is becoming more common, but depends on your insurer and presenting concerns. Please confirm your insurance company's policies on coverage or reimbursement for multiple-person therapy.

Like many private practices, I offer private pay therapy to clients without insurance coverage. I am happy to charge your HSA card(s) for our appointments and can notify clients of any billing issues. My private pay services of other lengths (EG 30-mins, 75 mins, or more than 120 mins, upon request) are prorated at my hourly rate of $130 (i.e. $32.50 per 15 minutes)
These prices are consistent for all services, regardless of the number of therapy participants. For example, one hour of couples therapy would be $150, not $300.
These prices are consistent for all services, regardless of the number of therapy participants. For example, 1.5 hours of family therapy would be $190, regardless of the number of participants.
These prices are consistent for all services, regardless of the number of therapy participants. For example, two hours of couples therapy would be $275, regardless of the number of participants.

Active clients of LMFTs typically attend anywhere from
8-60 sessions per calendar year. That's a big range; I know, but it truly depends on your therapeutic needs, preferences, and goals!
Length of therapy from your first-to-last session, the length of your sessions, and your total number of sessions is entirely up to the client. You are not bound to any session amount or total price amount and can terminate services at any time, for any reason.
With that said, based on my private pay rate, most private pay clients can expect to pay a total of anywhere between $1040 (Eight one-hour sessions) - $7800 (60 one-hour sessions) per calendar year.
